HODT MULTI FILM ist ein wässriges „Hybrid“ System, das sowohl eine physikalisch trocknende, wässrige Dispersion als auch ein wasserlösliches, oxidativ härtendes Bindemittelsystem enthält.
Mit dieser Kombination lassen sich die Gebrauchseigenschaften der beiden Bindemittelbasen optimal zur Geltung bringen. Mit der Primär-Dispersion ergibt sich in diesem System eine rasche Antrocknung und hohe chemische und mechanische Beständigkeit.
Das wasserlösliche, chemisch härtende Bindemittel hingegen in dieser Kombination ergibt einen geschlossenen Film mit hohem Glanz und guter Fülle.
Die Filmbildung besteht in diesem System darin, dass das oxidativ härtende Bindemittel im Film die freien Volumina der verschmolzenen Dispersionsteile füllt und das damit nach der Trocknung und Härtung ein geschlossener, diffusionsdichter Film entsteht.
HODT MULTI FILM is an aqueous “hybrid” system that contains both a physically drying, aqueous dispersion and a water-soluble, oxidatively curing binder system.
With this combination, the performance properties of the two binder bases can be optimally emphasized. With the primary dispersion, this system results in rapid drying and high chemical and mechanical resistance.
The water-soluble, chemically curing binder in this combination, on the other hand, results in a closed film with high gloss and good fullness.
The film formation in this system consists in the fact that the oxidatively curing binder in the film fills the free volumes of the fused dispersion parts and thus creates a closed, diffusion-tight film after drying and curing.
